Can meet up on 26th June to look at work area.

Work is to remove current wooden flooring in TV area downstairs and to replace with tiles.

The wooden flooring was earlier infected with termites. This has been treated and no more termites now.

Also to remove the wooden TV cabinet on the wall in the same TV room.
Approximately the size of TV room is 10ft x 13ft.

I already have the tiles to cover the floor area.

Budget less than Rm 3000. Can negotiate.
