1) repair roof leakage
2) repair the ceiling with leakage, install 2 lights
3) provide and install 2 ceiling aircon at the living room and master room
4) dismantle 1 wall mounted aircon
5) change water piping from the central piping outside the condo unit
6) install new water piping for the whole house
