I extended my kitchen a few years ago and it has roof tile above it. Now i am planning to replace the roof and make a balcony in that area.

Area size roughly 22 feet x 5 feet. Need to do some cementing, waterproofing, tiling (tiles provided) for the floor.. proper gutter and pebble washing (pebble wash provided) for the wall (about 1.2 m high)
