1. Bathroom - Size is 3.8 x 2 meter. I would like to replace wall and floor tiles.

2. Remove 2 sliding doors in living and dining room, hacking of partial walls and plaster - to prepare for installation of folding door

3. Replacement/reposition of down lights, installation of 3 ceiling fans, 4 pendant lights

House Key: I will most likely get the key around the middle of next month. if needed for any site visit i can try arrange for viewing before i get the key.
