Instal fan. 2) Living Hall : 3 panel windows convert to foldable doors . 3) Stairs railing : re- paint. 1 side to dismantle & replace with 1 simple railing 4) Master bathroom : redo. ( bath tub demolish and replace with double sink. Shower area extrnded). ( items - sinks/taps/LED mirrors/ shower sets - owner bought already) 5) airconds - install plug points for airconds -office, relocate aircond in master bedroom 6) post box - plug point for home address/sign. 7) awning (belakang & dapur) about 90ft ( options atap genting OR ACP OR Poly). Floor & tiles 8) wiring - fans/lights/ water point at awning areas MBSA permit is not required
