At the moment I just need quotation for the scope of works to be started first:Protection, Demolition, Existing Plumbing checking and repair, Electrical, AC, Ceiling, Painting.There are also some carpentry works and the rest but I will provide drawings and ask for quotation later.There is new AC unit on the Studio. Plan is attachedThe TV point to be relocated on the living needs to be found on the kitchen ceiling and be concealed behind the tv cabinet paneling (no hacking to the structural walls in the living allowed). There is also a TV point to be relocated on the Master bedroom.Do not hesitate to contact me in order to obtain more information. My target is to start hacking this coming Monday. Building Management already gave me green light. Permit is obtained in one day.
