My house is a 2-storey intermediate terrace. There are several areas with water leakage and has been that way for months. The plaster ceiling has been damaged. There are about 8 spots that need urgent attention. If brickwork can be performed, there is a pillar in the house that has been hacked to repair rusted GI pipe. We want to seal up the pillar before we get the carpentry guys to restore the plywood panel.
