Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor Scope of Work: To stiffen an existing thin wooden partition wall and lay ceramic tiles to pass MBPJ licensing. Total Area: Roughly 155 square feet (Left, Top, and Right walls down to a height of 1.5 metres / 5 feet). Specific Material Requirements: 1. DO NOT use wood or plywood to thicken the wall. Must use 9mm or 12mm Fiber Cement Backer Boards (HardieFlex or PrimaLiner) screwed to studs to reinforce/stiffen the thin wall. 2. Supply and install basic commercial White Gloss Ceramic Tiles (30cm x 30cm or 30cm x 60cm). 3. Use polymer-modified flexible C2 tile adhesive. Target Budget: RM2,400 – RM2,800 max.
