Hi, It is stuck at the Rinse cycle with the error U11. Water was poured in at the start of the Wash cycle, and it has been drained, but it has since stopped at the start of the Rinse cycle. Attempting to restart the Rinse process doesn't work and it will end with the U11 error again.
