Turning on electric to water heater causes entire house to trip. There is short circuit from tank, maybe from water leakage or damaged heating element. NOTE I HAVE PREVIOUSLY BEEN OVERCHARGED FOR REPLACEMENT OF WATER TANK HEATING ELEMENT. Quote me first your price for replacement of water heating element.
