1. Tell us what you need and we will collect the estimated fee upfront
2. The best available technician will contact you on WhatsApp within a few hours to confirm availability and ask you more detals about your project
3. Technician will visit site and depending on actual site condition, may adjust the quotation based on our standard rates.
   • If you accept the quotation, technician will proceed with the work
   • If you do not accept the quotation and cancel the job, a site visit fee of RM120 will apply
4. If our technician is unable to accept your job, or if the final fee is less than the estimated upfront collect, we will give you a refund for the unused portion.
5. All payments must be done over Recommend Pay to quality for 30-day warranty & insurance coverage
