Our aircon cleaning services come in three types:
- General Cleaning: A basic surface-level clean that is good for regular maintenance every 3 months.
- Chemical Cleaning: A deeper clean using chemical solutions to break down stubborn dirt and kill bacteria. This is good for aircons that have been used occassionaly, but never cleaned for the last 6 months to a year.
- Overhaul Cleaning: The most thorough option, involving the complete disassembly of the unit for an intensive clean and inspection of all parts. This is good for aircons that have been left unused in an empty house for a year or more.
During general cleaning, we will cleaning the air filters, clean the evaporator coils, wipe down the front panel and cover housing, make sure the gas levels are sufficient, and make sure it operates normally. We will also make the sure drain pans and drain pipes are also clear and clean.
In chemical cleaning, the evaporator coils will be washed with a detergent that effectively loosens and removes stubborn grime. If needed, we will also top up the airon gas to make sure it's cold.
Finally, in overhaul cleaning, we will take down the aircon unit and dismantle it for deeper cleaning.

A standard service for a typical split system usually takes about 60 to 90 minutes. Larger or more complex systems (such as ducted or multi-split setups) may take longer. If additional cleaning or fault-finding is required, the visit may be extended.
