Most standard wall unit installations take about 2 to 4 hours per unit, depending on site conditions and unit size. Larger or multiple installations (such as cassette units or multiple rooms) may take half a day to a full day. For high-rise buildings or complex jobs, our technician will provide an estimated duration after the on-site assessment.

Not always. If your existing wiring is compatible with the aircon's horsepower and electrical load, no upgrade is needed. However, for higher horsepower units (2.5HP and above) or if your home wiring is outdated, our installer may recommend an upgrade for safety and performance. This will be discussed before installation.

Yes, we install air conditioners in condos and high-rise apartments across Malaysia. However, high-rise installations may require management approval, use of scaffolding or skylift for outdoor unit access, and additional safety procedures
