fast responded fast work and repair work working well. excellent.

My aircon is not usable after the repair service. After only one night from repair, my aircon is producing a snoring sound. It's so noisy sound actually. I just turn on my aircon instead. But the next day, when I turn on the aircon, the motor is running but the blower is not functioning. Very disappointed. I contact them to fix because its still part of the warranty period. I am yet to receive their reply. I will give my nice feedback once this is fixed. CALLING SBZ MARKETING!

Only a bit inconvenience for the timing, seems they were quite busy that time and weren't able to reach in time but they did call earlier to inform. They did a very good job.
