The technicial couldn't fix the fan on the first visit, which is fine. We then scheduled another appointment but they could only make it one week later. We agreed and waited and they didn't show up. And they then told us they couldn't find the spare part and needed two more visits. They didn't fix the problem and wasted a lot of our time.
