Shahid of Aniza Enterprise came to fix the handles on my kitchen window. His service was friendly and patient. The job is done. I was told if there's any problem, I can call him to rectify. I bought the handles myself so they gave me a discount.

II put my budget between 100-300 to fix the water leaking from the ceiling. Upon inspection, the company quoted me rm1.5k to rm2k - reason being they have to cut the ceiling, fix the pipe, etc. In the end, we settled for rm1k, but the work they did was only to fix the pipe without having to cut the ceiling. They went through the roof instead. It was done between 1-2 hours. I feel cheated for paying that much. I asked my other contractor; they would have charged me rm80 to fix the pipe.

They charged me RM900 for unclogging a toilet bowl. That's an exorbidant price that is too expensive. I am never using them again.
