the appointment was rescheduled. instead of quote 100, I paid 250 ( including a part that needed to be replaced : took the old part with them as well). refused to accept voucher or payment through app. had to pay through online banking to them directly. after the service there was a constant sound from the AC and cooling was not working properly. they offered to come down to check in one month warranty but unfortunately I had move for office travel. decided to get it serviced with my regular vendor all over again after which the AC is working fine.

Sorry for inconvenience maam but the payment was increased because your outdoor unit got capacitor problem and replaced the new capacitor and talk about aircon service it was overhaul cleaning of only outdoor unit. Our team told you that your aircon unit is very dirty total overhaul cleaning we charge 250 and 120 for capacitor change but you have not sufficient amount so we charge total 250 including gas refilled of 50 Psi

Payment method told you to pay Rm 100 by App and 150 by cash because your job was booked Rm 100

Keep on giving excuse, totally NOT ON-TIME, no update.
I engaged this installer for second time.
1st time engaged. very late to come. and they didn't bring sufficient equipment for lighting installation. and they need to postponed by the next day. very dissapointing because it affect my schedule.

2nd time engaged. I cancel the service because they are very late. promise to come by 3pm. but failed to appear due to car accident. I totally understand the situation. But they dont come out with any alternatives at all. I need to come out and suggest to them to get backup installer. But unfortunately, they suggest but they asked me to pay additional RM140 charges which supposedly the extra charges should be borne by them. Not customer because the problem is not my problem. Thank you.

Unfortunately sorry for inconvenience and you mentioned about the car accident so thats the reason for coming late and we have arrange to come another car but you said no need to come although it was our responsibility to come but you know the reason behind that again sorry for inconvenience
