Rizwan from Arshad Carpets was very professional and replied to my queries promptly and efficiently. He was on time when he came to give me a quote and explained the cleaning process thoroughly. We had 2 silk carpets and 1 wool carpet to be cleaned, and they came out beautifully. Because he was so professional, we even inquired on having one of the silk carpets mounted on the wall, and he gave us a good quote. He came with the 3 carpets, and installed one of them on a wooden rod, mounted on our wall, all done within a few minutes.
