They sent 2 person to my house, checked my solar water heater tank, and change my distribution board. However, my water heater was still down.
And for the job they charged me RM350 because they told me that they need to buy a new heater for replacement.
Upto date, when I follow-up with the issue, they just keep quiet.

madam your water heater had tripped because it was burned inside. I replaced the EPS breaker and fix the two room switches one I bought and one I repaired i also shared pictures proop with you I informed you that the water heater itself needed replacement, and you ask me check the price...

when i called you back with me the price, you said you were busy and would return the call, but never you never did. i did the work on 26 nov and tried contacting you again on the 27th with no response. i only charged RM 350 for the repair work & the items i purchased. this didn't include resplacing

The service was efficient. I briefly explained the problem with the fuse box and water heater. They checked to make sure there were no other issues, recommended to change the fuse and the whole thing was done in less than 1 hour.
