professional service and on schedule. The price is higher abit, but comes with satisfaction

So far I get what I want after communicate with their side. Price is considerably ok. Might look back for them if have jobs.

Fixed 3 different plumbing problems (clogged bathroom pipe, faulty water tap, leaking pipe).

Punctual and polite. Communication is on time. Price is standard/not overpriced. So far so good.

The guy who claimed to be the boss is named Adil. He's a Pakistani. He sent his worker (his friend actually) named Labeeb to my place to carry out the work. Labeeb too is a Pakistani. They're both foreigners who are doing business in Malaysia. They spoke a heavily-accented English and I could barely make sense of what they were saying. Adil quoted me rm260 for the job. He said, I needed to top-up a "small amount" after his worker determined the actual cost after seeing what needed to be done at my place. Turned out, the small amount wasn't exactly small. Labeeb told me to fork put another RM120 for the hose and screws that he had to buy to complete the installation. In total, I had to pay them RM380 instead of the initially quoted RM260. It was obvious that the extra RM120 was the wage given to Labeeb. Adil as the boss pocketed the whole RM260 for himself. If I knew I had to top such a big amount of money, I wouldn't have had hired them. They're definitely conmen. I won't ever recommend them to anyone else.
PS. The tube and screws his worker bought cost less than RM20. He still wants to justify his lies and deception. My advice to everyone out there: Don't ever hire this conman and his team. There are many other, competent and honest technicians in KL.
