I have taken 10 sessions with them and they have been responsive on all my requests and maids were on time meeting. The cleaning work is within my expectation as well.

The booking was easy and communication with the cleaning company was pretty good.

It was quite effective in getting the necessary services done. However need to be clearer with communication as there were some changes that were not indicated on the website.

Cleanliness need to improve alot. Cleaners to be thorough in cleaning. Overall, not fully satisfied with the quality. Hope u can train the cleaners well
