ID firm normally giving me an image is only to do design and to renovate our future house or offices. This firm is impress me with their design and their pricing; beside that they do have the service to search good price items for my office. Eg . I can get ID price curtain and blinds, I can get ID price partitioning system and office plan system too.
Overall, I think ESPACE STUDIO has did a good job for my new office; I would recommend you to pick them for their competitive price.

My home is narrow and small unit with only 700sq, but it is many thank to Mr.Ng with his skillfull design to make my home look luxurious and more spacecious than before. Somemore, thank to your patient to serve a fussy client (myself) with a lot of question and request. 😊

It break the tradition for my wife to search for a Chinese ID and contractor, she is a Malay and she normally will always looking for Malay contractor to assist for her office or factory,(it is due to some religion issue)
This time, she is satisfied with ESPACE STUDIO designing work and their renovation work, she salute their professionalism and enthusiastic assist.
I would say, this is a great firm to do a good job for us and our kids.

I have moved into my unit at KL town Hampshire Residence, this renovation team has done a great job for assisting me to renovation and design my new home at KL town; at the same time the services provided by this firm has impressed my wife and mother in law, both of them really like the time to spent with the designer to do shopping for lights, furnitures, wall papers...etc.

I recently hired Alvin and his team as my interior designer for third time for my 3rd home in Selangor. He really take time to understand my needs, helped recommend and coordinated all the trade needed. Every time I deal with him, I felt a warm personality and professionalism. Overall, the result was impressive with the unique design, and the most important is within my budget and finished work on time.

Through my experience for this 3rd house renovation, I love their schedule to deliver goods and presentation; on time for quotation and 3D also handover the unit to me within my expectation period.
They are definately have done a good job for me and my wife.
**(be mindful with it budgetary study, they are breaking the items into part by part and the itemize description will take you some time to digest too. But it is not bad to have such details.)

For the time being, they manage to meet my budget and also their design is good enough to present my house with contemporary style, it look good for overall presentation and their project team.
Kindly like their workmanship that come with a nice production team.
I would recommend to meet their designer at site and they will advise you in their way to make you have further idea or understanding about renovation for your house.

They are good in delivery conceptual design for my office unit and residential unit at KL Hampshire Condo, designer has deliver on time proposal to meet our requirement. I have no comment for their workmanship and delivery date, also I have visited their factory for my carpentry work inspection during production period and this is also good for me to experience my own furniture production progress and choosing materials.
Overall, I think their service is nice, myself and my wife is satisfy with this firm.
