Responsive contractor. However, if you’re looking for a professional plumber, I would not recommend. They tried to con me with prices plucked from the sky. I asked for these 3 services:
1) Leaked piping to toilet, which they replaced with metal pipe.
2) Install bidets, which I supplied the bidets
3) Replaced the toilet buoy, which they supplied.
They tried to quote me RM420+RM130. After I insisted to see the receipts of the replacements, then the person (owner?) reduced the price to RM300. When I saw the receipts that the plumber gave me, both replacements only cost RM50. I have been conned. But since I agreed with the price and it’s a holy month, I don’t want to aggravate the situation further. So I paid then RM300.
So no, do not hire this unless you have an idea and negotiate upfront the price before you hire. I am surprised that this unprofessional service is included in Recommend.

They charged exorbitant fees for simple work (change light and toilet seat - paid RM260). The products cost peanuts - light (said to be RM30) and toilet seat (said to be RM60). I shared the pictures and videos days before and asked for a quotation. The business owner said his workers would come first to check and provide the quotation before starting their work. This was suspicious because it was a simple task but alas this seems to be the standard practice among all the handymen The first quotation was RM380, which I then asked to be lowered to RM300. After I expressed dissatisfaction, the workers decided to lower it further to the final RM260. If I felt they were honest, I would have been a loyal customer, but I'd never come back to this app and contact their service again.

It was alright. Expected to have better tools with them. Problem wasn’t solved.

Came to my house almost immediately after service request. Efficient and polite.
