He came by motorcycle which meant that he did not bring any ladder. Fortunately we had a chair that was quite high for him to reach the ceiling light.

Pros - fast response, electrician was on time, was dedicated to finding the cause of the problem (my power kept coming on and off but it was not an issue of DB Box tripping)

Cons - could not identify the real problem even after 2nd time and my power went off again. Called TNB instead and their technicians came and identified the problem which was caused by a burnt fuse in my meter room. They fixed it in 10 mins.

I was also charged RM300 for their service, which i thought was steep but did not question as it was MCO. But ultimately, although they tried, they were not able to fix the problem.

Wanted someone urgent and they accommodate to come immediately. Extremely on time. A bit hard to communicate with but overall quality of work met my expectation.

I asked them to help me to fix my light switch and they did a very good job. Very fast reply and very accommodating to my needs. 5 star service!

AC water leaking issue is not resolved. The same problem occurs just ONE DAY after the repair.

Service quality provided by the person could be more gentle than roughed over and knocked hard on my AC.

The price is quite high
