Too pricey

First of all the team communication got restrict, no matter I speak in BM and English they will answer me they dont understand. Secondly, irresponsible as in the things didn’t fully fixed they just gone without informing anyone. Call and text multiple times no response. Is the worst service I ever met.

Genuinely godsmacked by how incompetent the worker is. This is a simple TV wall mount, ground level, no ladder needed, 3 feet from the floor.

I have a masking tape on the wall to roughly tell the guy this is where i want it to be, but i very EXPLICITLY told him it's not centralised to the wall and please measure properly. He refused to listen and just measure from my off centered masking tape, which again i told him wasn't centralised and even measure it in front of him, it's 4 INCHES off center. He kept saying no it's ok can "fix and adjust later". Doesn't seem to know what he's doing afterwards, measure the wrong things, drill 3 wrong holes before i had to correct him, and kept expressing doubt that it will ever be centralised.

After everything is installed, GUESS WHAT? it's 4 INCHES to the side. ON a simple TV mount job. The he spend a good amount of the whole hour trying to "fix and adjust later". He screw up the alignment of the mounting bracket so much the screws are at the wrong place, the TV could no longer even flush to the wall. He even drill hole AFTER the bracket is installed (instead of just removing 3 damn screw and drill properly, ending up with a misaligned and bended screw hole.

Best part is, he tried to quote me an additional RM60 because it's a difficult job... that HE created. I asked him why and he failed to explain except this is 'procedure', and called his boss (or something) and the boss give you that same scummy tone of 'yeah it's difficult installation etc etc. I told them I'll pay thought Recommend instead and not just going to give them money just because they said I should. Viola, recommend quote came in at the agreed upon price.

I'm now at a process of detaching it and reinstalling it on my own.
