Good service by Farukh. A little bit concerned with how he got to my floor by convincing the guard to allow him in. He should've waited in the lobby for me to come and bring him up. They need to improve on following security rules. Service wise is ok. RM180 for replacing my leaking tap. The tap he brought didn't fit height-wise so he went to buy a different one, no extra fee charged, as it should be. Person himself is humble, polite, and wears mask while working. Easy to communicate. Very fast to reply to chat, just the recommend website itself has problem updating the chat. All in all is ok.
