Asked for service to fix faulty electricals but wasn't a possible diagnosis of issue but was given reason of not able to fix it due to lack of skills and experience for such a fix. Fees charged wasn't reasonable given the fact issue is still not resolved.

Worker come late from schedule. deal at 12pm. but come around 1.30pm.
he did not even bring a ladder to replace the ceiling light.
