Am satisfied with the time and hard work put in to remove old air conditioner and replace with a new one.

Our worker was great. He assessed the problem and found the issue. We had a burned fuse and fuse boxfrom the main TNB entry into the apartment. Our management supplied the worker with the correct fuse and fuse box replacement. Worker installed fuse and fuse box succefully.

When it came time for payment, the worker's boss quoted us rm900 for work that took a bit less than an hour and and no parts provided by worker, we provided the part.

This was a bit upsetting for us. Boss says that is the price because that was my budget according to the information I filled out on the website. My budget and the actual cost are not the same, we told him. The work was an assessment of the problem and installation of a new fuse which we provided, and all was done in less than an hour. We appreciated the timely manner and workmanship provided, the worker was great. The difference in understanding came with the boss. Other than that I recommend this service, quick to reply and send someone over. Thank you

First fixing not done well and hv to come again to refix but never came as promised and never came on time. Didnt hv courtesy to inform since they are late!! Lousy service and attitude!!

Abit pricey for short circuit wiring work.. But it's ok came on Saturday and during the MCO.

Solved my problem

I feel cheated. After servicing my aircond. My aircond did not cool. Called the tech. Promised to come but never come until today.

Not sure the technician has qualification, came only with bag of basic tolls and its not local

The service personnel did his job well in servicing my air-conditioners, especially given that we are currently under the MCO. He was not punctual, though that was (allegedly) due to the numerous roadblocks he had to go through in order to come to my house. So, no complaints about the competency.

What I do have an issue with, though, is his conclusion that I have a 5hp air-conditioner in my bedroom! How? How can I have a 5hp aircon? It didn't even begin to make sense. Additionally, he also said that the air-conditioner in my living room is a 2.5hp one. Again, how?

For what it's worth, both aircons are 2.hp units, one a Daikin and the other a Panasonic. However, because I just wanted the aircon's fixed and serviced, I didn't bother to argue with him or his superior on the phone about the specs of my aircons and simply agreed to pay through my nose.

As such, I think if you were to engage them, you best make sure you know exactly what your aircons are, and to not be too worried about delays (because of the 8pm MCO rules) like I was, and make sure you get the appropriate pricing.
