The cleaning session was supposed to be for 2 hours starting at 7:30am, but the cleaners arrived at 8:15am and finished by 9:45am. They worked quickly and the house looked generally clean overall.

However, some areas lacked attention to detail. The toilet still had visible limescale and soap marks, and the inside of the toilet cabinet was not cleaned. Overall good service for Customer Service n fast response.

one cleaner is super good and another cleaner is super slow. Three hours and 15 mins onyl manage to clean two door grill some more not clean

Services meets expectation. Cleaners were on time and very polite. They both worked throughout the six hours without resting and cleaned my whole double storey in a satisfactory manner.
