Didn't aware that the pro sent 2 male cleaners. Cancelled the job on that day as my mom not comfortable with male cleaners in the house. Requested for a female cleaner, the pro arranged it for next day appointment. Overall good. But I would suggest the pro to hire more female cleaners on the team, as 2 cleaners can work more efficient and faster.

1) expected: 3pm, arrival: 330pm - even communicated and confirmed day ahead with supplier
2) cleaners have to be told to move faster, actions are like they havent had food
3) left pieces of shit on cleaned toilet which was not present even BEFORE they arrived (see picture)

First time in years a service so bad I could have cleaned the place myself

They did a great job cleaning the apartment. It had been closed for a while so it was very dirty and they were careful and looked at all the places that needed cleaning. They were even willing to stay an extra hour (paid of course) to be able to complete the task. I’m very happy with the results!

I had a very frustrating experience with this cleaning service. My appointment was originally scheduled for 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM with two cleaners. However, a day before, I received a message saying the team had an emergency leave due to sickness and the session had to be rescheduled to 12:30 PM - 3:30 PM.

At 12:30 PM, they informed me that they still couldn’t make it because they couldn’t reach their staff. I kept checking in for updates, and at 3 PM, they asked for my exact location again, claiming it was too far—despite me providing my address a week earlier when confirming the booking. This excuse didn’t make sense to me.

Later, they updated me that the cleaners would arrive around 5 - 5:30 PM. I waited again, but at 5:30 PM, they still hadn’t arrived. They then said they needed another hour due to traffic and shared a Waze location with an estimated arrival time.

In the end, the cleaners only reached my premises at 6:40 PM—an entire 9-hour delay from my original booking time. This was a completely unprofessional and frustrating experience.

Would not recommend.

Yes, they started their services on 640pm. And charges is directly thru credit card during booking process.
