They worked fast very well. But I wonder if they cleaned outdoor unit? becausethey didn't open the door for it.
After they serviced my unit, my air-cond was not working properly, sometimes cold, sometime warm. I called them and they did respond by sending their technician back to check. Then they said my capacitor was faulty, I agreed to change. But after a few run, the technician said the capacitor was not responding, suggesting it was the problem of compressor, suggesting replacement. Then I waited until the second day, no response at all. So I engaged another technician, only then he found out the capacitor was missing, and the wiring is a mess in my unit. The second opinion from the new technician is: the compressor may have been compromised when they removed the capacitor. I checked with FLY FORCE's boss again. Only then he called and gave me all kinds of excuses, admitted his technician shouldn't have removed my capacitor without telling me.. Now I have to look for a compressor and dare not use this FF for the installation anymore.

Jobs carried out good overall. Even the workers are not locals, they tried to communicate properly and respond sufficiently. Though, the company can be more transparent on the pricing as I was not informed on the additional surcharges until they release the bill and it was significantly higher than what they were quoted

I recently booked a chemical overhaul service for my Mitsubishi air conditioner due to a water leaking issue. However, upon arrival, the technicians appeared unprepared and unsure of the scope of work, they initially mentioned it was only a chemical service, not an overhaul. I had to insist that the proper chemical overhaul be carried out.
During the service, I observed several concerns:
The technician did not dismantle the unit piece by piece as typically expected for an overhaul.
He forcefully removed the roller and carried the entire indoor unit outside without disconnecting the wiring or motor, which were still attached during the chemical wash.
The entire process took nearly two hours, which seemed rushed and improperly handled.
I am highly concerned about the quality of the service and the potential damage this approach may have caused to the air conditioner components. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.
