Didnt finish the job. Did not respond to calls. Excuse given phone broken. Had to contact his wife. Even then not helpful. Thank God manage to contact one of his Indonesian worker who return me the key to my own house. Yes I paid almost everything. Now I have to look for another contractor because he broke the mechanism for the toilet in master bed room and he couldn't find the parts for it. He couldnt install the water heater. Oh yeah, he only outsource to other people. He didnt do the job and most of the time not at site. Because he was chasing another job. He still owed me my curtains which I ve paid in full. My new contractor said he did not do proper tiling for the balcony and rain water will not flow to the drainage. Very upset. Very very very upset with him.

Need to improve the duration to get the job done in shorter time, other else is good, I am satisfied with the work.

1- very responsive after submit my application thru recommend,
2- early arrival at the site upon meeting for discussion
3- very proactive in participation of the owner desire on house renovation
4- very helpful in finding best value goods for renovation
5- brilliant advise and idea on renovation
6- can consult on things for renovation

The quality of work is too bad, especially for tiles and toilet accessories installation and finishing. Grouting work is too bad, even after the complaint was done. In fact, there are still holes between the tiles without the grouting work.

Cleaning of wall tiles after installation was not done.

After 1 week, sink bracket is damage. I have contacted for damage repair and you can expect what kind of response I have received (yes after all payment was clear).

Finishing work could be improved.

Repair works for broken tiles, crack an leakage + painting. I did not choose them because of the budget that I have to complete the renovation after paying a hefty sum to the previous contractor who did not complete the job.
