I repair my fridge Ron 22/2/2020 because of not cold problem, after fixed, 20/4 same problem again, I text and inform the technician but he keep ignore, without reply. Recommend app please review your suppliers comment.

It happen to me... i was repair my washer... front loader... they change 3 angle n bearing would xost me 680 (not include transporttation)... after a week, spinning sound noisy... they not answer mu call n reply mu message... at forst they answer mu message because though they is new bisness coming... after told about warranty, silence...

Person handling did not read the request correctly even after mentioning in the WhatsApp call. Person handling was cursing all the way on the washing machine design. Me and family can hear it clearly all the way. If he is not familiar with the type just mention it.. No need to cursing in my house about the product design. Very not happy...
