I used their service twice as I thought I still have warranty for the first time I asked for their service. The first time was already bad experience. I was kinda threatened by the supervisor if I give bad review. The second time I was told the checking was rm50 and suddenly when finished evrything, they charged additional rm30 for cleaning. Always have hidden charge like the first time. I wouldnt mind if they told me earlier. The cleaning also was done very badddddly...
I could not leave my own review - not sure why. I requested service on 21 Dec 2020 as my fridge was not cold enough. They came and changed parts but parts changed not returned to us. Three months warranty. Fridge still not cold enough over next few days. Called and WhatsApp them on 25 Dec 2020. Service supposed to be 24 hours but no response to my subsequent complaint. Does not answer your call. Auto routed to autobots reply through WhatsApp. Imagine the anxiousness as there is foodstuff getting spoilt in the fridge and money paid for sub-standard repair work. Obviously wrong diagnosis of the problem and wrong parts changed. RM380 down the drain? Very poor service, never use Cold Services Equipment again.
They repaired our fridge and charged us RM250 including parts and said I had 3 months warranty. After 7 days, I sent a WhatasApp message that fridge is not cold but they didnt reply. When i tried to call, he had the audacity to say "Cant talk right now, what's up" . then I went to recommend.my to speak to find their landline or speak to customer service. I only read the bad reviews now. so I texted saying if you do not reply or come today, I will write a bad review, And he asked if I have already written a bad review and I said that I haven't. And he then texted - F@#k off!
my washer fix rm 690,and mention 6 months warranty given, then no more reply msg or call when I call or text. ignore my request due to need ask them come back warranty.

Only short testing after repair. Parts changed not returned to client. Good but can improve more.
Not even your part... if the part replaced broken during warranty, they wont intertain you... too bad

Time to attend has been differ from day 27/5 to another day 28/5 and the time to arrived was out for 4 hrs. He says due to the distance. It has been waste of my time to wait for the arrival which was not prompt. Anyway, I understand the distance issue and appreciate the attendance.
