Top service but I think slightly expensive. Just slightly, but compare they take the job during public holiday, then it should be fine.

He came for the first visit to check and made an appointment to come back to replace the parts on another day but there was no communication after that. When I called to follow up and make another appointment he didn't turn up as well. No calls to notify me or anything.

They quoted RM 31, however post service, RM 185 was charged without first consult and get agreement to change parts. It came as surprise.

I requested an express service to fix my LG fridge which has reduced cooling. After a short time, the staff called me and came. The staff was highly unqualified and do not know what to do, then, he replaced a small part and request to pay RM 60 and said that he will come back next day to check again. I paid him because I wrongly thought that I`m dealing with a respectable and trusted company. At night, I told him that no any improvement of the fridge. He gave me an appointment to come on Thursday at 1 pm. I requested a leave and did not go to work to be available. Next day, I WhatsApp him at 2.15 pm and he said he will late and come at 4 pm. At 5 pm I asked him again and he said again he can not come and asked to come next day (on Friday) between 3 and 5.30 pm. At 4.15 pm, I reminded him about our 3rd appointment and he said he can not come. This company (COLD SERVICES EQUIPMENT ) hires unqualified, untrustful, unrespectable staff which represent a low-class company. They stolen my money, wasted my time and made me highly upset.

He did not show up on the timing agreed. Not once, but twice. And had no courtesy to inform. Would not pick up your call when you wonder where he would be. Ridiculous level of service.
