Overall is good. The only thing that they should improve is they should tell whats the problem and quote first. They change everything then inform what are the problem together with the cost. What if the customer do not agree with the cost quoted. Thanks
1 star only.. not answer for warranty... then their location 12-2-1 Jalan BP 7/13 bandar bukit puchong is not exist ... penipu besar...
Fridge was not cooling, inverter card was blown

I'm very grateful that they responded to my fridge broke down. Their response was quick and while they didn't have the necessary part to repair the fridge, they managed to implement a temporary fix so I could use the fridge till they returned the next day with the necessary part. What could be improved I thought, is if they could be a little more transparent with the repairs by explaining and showing me what was going on during the repairs. This might be just me, but I like to see and know what's going on. Nonetheless, my fridge is working now and I am thankful.

Quick fix done, defrost thermostat and timer needs replacement. Even during MCO they deliver
