I have engaged Mr Lim on a few occasions. Initially service was good and prompt, even though price is higher compared to rest with assurance of 1 year warranty. However, his "warranty" is only good if the same roof leak happens one or two months later. When the same roof spot is leaking again (after 7 months), he said no more warranty, even with screen shot proof of the last repair date. This happened not once but at two separate houses. Tried to contact him many times but was met with silence and ignorance. Does not even want to justify the blatant abuse of promise. Not a man of his words. Dishonest. Do not engage.

I am surprised Hoven’s company still listed in Recommend. This dishonest Lim Hong Hun not only failed to repair roof, on the other hand impacted whole house to leak. He promised would refund RM1600, ended up he gave all sort of stupid excuses, refuse to refund. He is very unprofessional, should be disappeared from Malaysia, shame on you Lim Hong Hun.

Very professional, polite, competent and helpful. Prices are very very reasonable by comparison to market. They will also follow up after completing the job. Definitely will use them again and recommend to others

Mr. Lim is an irresponsive and inexperienced worker. He messed up the work, broke his promises to maintain per warranty given and refuse to refund for incomplete work.

I submitted request code DISCOUNT10, it was successfully but when I made payment today, the code became invalid. Why?

I am not sure how good is the contractor I hired to repair stubbon roof leaking problem. They just applied water proofing paint and said is fixed. Can you on hold my payment until raining then only I get back to you whether shall release payment? I have been cheated bu 4 contractors so far, lost almost RM10K but none can fixed the problem.

Everything is fine, I am satisfied with the service.

Very nice service by Mr.Lim. Hope his job can solve the problem permanently without future hiccup and i can use his service more for future jobs.
