Weren't thorough with cleaning.

Im sorry. as prior explained you requested for deep cleaning BUT hiring for Home cleaning and no supplies provided. Hence, our cleaner have to stick to the the job scope as per your booking form 2hrs. Deep cleaning needs min 4 hrs. anyways. have a good day.
Arrival on time. Sent 2 crews that came before so it helped with explanation and they could be quick to work around the house.
The PIC is very responsive and prompt in her reply. She did remind her team on my requests on not to touch things without permission. 2 cleaners with one of them called Siska is very responsible and has good initiative to clean areas without being told. Her work is thorough and clean. Highly recommended
The cleaners did an excellent job. But the manager was out of control. He or she did not come into the house to inspect the job. She was giving instructions to the cleaners through my WhatsApp when he or she should be communicating directly. Then when the cleaners went overtime a bit she started scolding me on WhatsApp instead of coming into to see the situation himself or herself. This manager is irresponsible, bad to her own employees and rude to customers.

congratulations Mr Advisor. firstly. We never communicate giving instructions to my cleaners via Whasapp through you, as you never responce my messages there. You text me on SMS. Even i called no answer. Do not spin the fact. i called my cleaners many times to check if they are done. but no responce as i believed they was still working and no phone with them, hence I check with you. secondly- i did came to your unit and bell the ring to check and informed that they are 30 mins passed the booking time. Thirdly, i never scolded you. I dont know whats going on in your life. You read my message/text the way you want not the way it should be. And you simply called me “stupid human being”. Now who is rude here. You or myself? You are the one who insulted me now you spined that i was rude to you. And for your information I never treat my cleaners bad. 9 years they been working with me. Do you think i treated them BAD. writing a review for feedback is good. But lie and spin a review is BAD. I have many professionals engaging me on long term. But you are the first disrespectful and RUDE human being in my 13 years in this business. Moral of the story, You treat me good, I treat you better. Treat others the way you want to be treated. I guess you cant moveon with my responce to your Nasty words message, hence it took you 7 days to write in here. I saved all our conversation screenshot for memory. Have a good day. Keep attacking me. I have the same WhatsApp chat in my phone. Yes you only came after their work was done and only because they were late. But not before bombarding my WhatsApp with silly text messages meant for your employees. Which made me see just how horrible a boss you were.

of course i have to come and ring the bell after 30 mins late. you booked and paid for 2 hours. you want a free cleaning extra time is it? been calling the cleaners to remind and no answer. of course i have to reached owner of the house as altenative. crazy this things so messy here.

dont simply accused me treating my cleaners badly ya. they've been working with me for 9 years. correct your fact. You are deffeniately not professionals. so inmature. You cant even tell the diff of Whatsapp and SMS.
