Excellent service. I didn't have to explain or babysit them. They took care of everything by themselves.
Not happy with service

hi Mr Chua- appologise for my words. we have spoken abt this. 1st. You said your WIFE not happy cleaner used her vacumme not broom. fact: Your wife was not home during the session. and cleaner used vacumme with a guy's permission which was Yourself. and using vacumme more efficient as to fully absorb dirts and faster. 2. you said your WIFE told the cleaner did not mop the floor coz mop seems dry. Fact: What time your wife came home? And you yourself saw them moped the floor. 3. You complaint the shower screen still dirty. Fact: Your shower screen has built Calcium from soaps for ages. Need special detergents for that. If only u spend additional RM30 for our supplies, we would have sorted it out. Im not sure why you have to wait 26 days to write here if you are not happy with the cleaning. In our conversation before you never mention anything about the cleaning performance (except the shower screen). I am also wasnt happy that you delayed the payment. Have a good day Mr Chua. I take it you are not happy with the way i responce, coz you only mentioned about Vacumme usage. You did not mention anything with regards to the 2 hours cleaning performance. (The shower screen is out of topic) as you yourself did not prepare the special/suitable detergents to use. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
2nd time order. 2 ladies sent this time. arrival slightly late due to traffic, understandable.m. They worked 9.30am - 12.30pm.
1 lady was here before, she has gotten better and faster with tasks given. I have given less rooms to do so they could focus on quality. I dont know, seems the other having challenge to complete my master bathroom (with bathtubs that i didnt use, but plenty of glass wall), took her >1 hour. somehow cannot solve the glass cleaning issue.
Note: New crew as always, have to be monitored and instruct and slightly micromanage which and what to clean. I may have to do checklist.

- the other lady that came before has improved and she did more. grateful for that
- smooth communication
Overall i still recommended them.
For platform recommend.my:
if they can add some services eg ironing & laundry at home.
Excellent service, overall the cleaning crew clean well, they clean efficiently too.
Pros:
- arrived on time
- clear communication
- maids (2pax, female), understood their tasks
- tried to deliver as much as they could within 3hrs
- clean well and im satisfied
Note/ to improve:
- my flat is 3 bedrooms + 3 bathrooms (yes i know coverage is big), booked earliest slot of the day.
- for the website: I chose recommend.my because they have middle point 3hrsx2=6hrs vs others that just 4 or 8 hours.
- unfortunately, new maids to the house will take time to navigate and familiar with so understandable their speed and efficiency vs my old housekeeper is slower. they are only able to do 2 rooms + 2 bathrooms effectively + balcony.
- they cannot do extra hours - even i would like to pay OT because their schedule is pack. i can imagine if taking later schedule their efficiency may reduce due to tiredness (they could do 3-4 houses a day)
- no time to assist on laundry and bed making. but it's okay.
To conclude: i recommended them and will try to book with them again.
