Gd morning, Thank you for the review, Firstly, despite the road closure due to the ASEAN thing, we arrived on time sir, scanned the QR code and was instructed to park the car at P1 which quite distance and we faced a difficulty to excess as no authority card and waited for any security to turn up, texted your wife she told she can't get us either, Fortunately a nice gentleman allowed us to enter with him via his excess card. Regarding surface cleaning, for the kitchen the Granite spray is 99,9% empty, we used whatever left. all dishes cleared and cleaned. and we can only wipe the exterior part for the kitchen, not the inside - not in the general cleaning job scope, Daiso Vacumme not really working good as it rolled and rolled to vacume hairs falling around. and coudnt vacumme the small dust on sofas, we did it manually, No sweeper. we changed bedsheets nicely and tidy. and the mop, only the water sprinkle mop available, thats all I like to say, thank you for the business, have a good day,
Cleaner was friendly and nice, BUT her work was not good. I mentioned that the main focus is to clean the floor but after she left, the floor still had dust.
