I've contacted KEDAI ELEKTRIK CHEAH SDN BHD. to repair my oven last Tuesday ( 3 June 2025). And they come over to my house and check on the spot; the oven is still working, but the light bulb is not working. So they ask me to pay for RM150 for technician labor, checking, diagnosis, transportation, and warranty. Andd they took the oven with them later on. All this while I was trying to contact them to know if there's any update, but no response until Saturda,y they WhatsApped me about the quotation to fix it about the change CONTROL UNIT? ASSY LAMP / LABOUR total RM737. I think it is a too expensive and refuse to fix and ask them to return. ( when they took my oven I did communicate with the technician ask if not going to fix are they going to send back? they said yes.) Afterwards they ask if there's discount do I still want it? I answer NO. i don't want to fix d. I want it back. they ignore and give me discount to RM620. ( its kinda fishy when I got the reply in this way) so I still refuse to fix and request for the item to be return. and you guys can imagine later on Im the one who keep wanted to in contact with them and they don't pick up call and reply msg and wont return my item until I need to file a police report. and still not getting my things back. today is FRIDAY 13 JUNE 2025.

Repaired a washing machine gear issue, had to send it back 3 months and another 4 months later the washer spoiled again and quoted another fee more than the washer was worth. Not recommended.

We consider examine your question review found that , 1st you log in service request on Dec2023 with job done Rm260 repair settle. And 2nd service you log in on Jun2024 but you request technician repair with another problem with Foc, due system show cannot Foc with after 3 month warraty period and washer repair not same as new washer purchase for 1 year warranty . Hi, we check your record that the oven screw cover stopper stock available, but you inform technician refuse repair the oven due previously we received your approval for the oven proceed repair and technician already order the spare part now supplier cannot refund / return. Hope you understand
