Always late and their cleaning sucks. The workers are always talking and not doing their work. They not bringing enuf equipment like stairs to do high cleaning. Really not worth. Feels like cheating

The provider was 3 and a half hours late from the agreed time. They were suppose to arrive at 9, but only ended up arriving at 12.30pm
The cleaners were extremely slow, what normally takes 2 hours to complete, their cleaners needed slightly more than 2 and a half hour

The only consolation was that the supervisor was apologetic about the situation and slash the price by 50% and allow cleaners to complete their task without extra charges.

Won't be using this provider again.

Post Renovation cleaning just booked. They have not yet started the service so unable to give feedback.

Pros were extremely professional right from the beginning till the end! Excellent service and job well done. 10/10! Highly recommended.
