Attitude of the cleaning company is quite good

3 hours turned into 1. 15 mins.. Though company provided extra staff.. Rushing the job doesn't cut it.. In the end still have to clean some parts again on our own..

The cleaners are efficient. They did a very good job.

Work was done good

The cleaners arrived 40 mins late.
Did not inform till I asked.

Cleaning service quality is good.

Maid can’t finish all the cleaning jobs in 2 hours time given it should be done within that timeframe.

Not full equiped with tools upon cleaning process.

Cleaners were unprofessional with one of them shouting and complaining about the job and her employer. The Person-in-Charge, Angeline continuously harrased me for payment even though I have told her many times that payment has been made via GrabPay on the 22nd of January 2022 and I also gave her proof of payment. I believe payment was being held by Recommend.my services and she should have liase directly with the platform and not continue to call me. Please look into this. Thank you.

Come early and good communication

Engaged the service a day prior, tho the cleaners arrived later than the time expected but they’re professional and helpful overall.
