Absolute nightmare dealing with Pei Yin from MarkPro. They should really drop the Pro in their name.
Job was originally accepted and scheduled for Thursday 12pm, when the slot came i called her and she was unaware there was a job she accepted. Means she simply sign up for job without caring if double booked or what. After apologizing she offered me replacement slot on Saturday 3:30pm. Saturday morning she texted me to confirm and i said yes.
At 3:20pm this buffoon texted me saying that her client at which house she was asked her to extend 1 more hour and will be at my place by 4:30pm. Halo? Other people dont have shit to do is it?
I had to cancel my buka puasa reservations at a restaurant to accomodate her!!
End up she promised to come the next day at 1pm. She arrived at 1:20pm. The workers are really good and i dont blame them. But their boss Pei Yin is absolutely horrible, dont wanna pick up calls when you call her for explanations, simply reschedule timing as if the world resolves around her only.
I hope you grow up Pei Yin and dont act like a kid. Pity your workers, they really try their best but you are a horrible business person.
Guys, stay away from MarkPro, unless you really have nothing to do and like to be rescheduled many times as Pei Yin sees fit.
