Founded in 2010, MIL Design and Construction Sdn Bhd is a Malaysia based, full-service interior fit-out and construction company. We continue to push boundaries by integrating design, technology and lifestyle with premium materials, specs and methodologies. We work closely with our clients and home owners to create and rejuvenate lifestyle spaces that exude uniqueness and originality and invite them to join us in an all-encompassing experience from material selection right through to site execution.
Whether it be a residential or commercial design, we at MIL Design know that our clients want to do something different – and we’re passionate about working with them to build spaces that truly reflect their personality and brand, placing them at the centre of all that we do.
From our very own fabrication workshop to site we customize projects from a scratch- right from talking to clients on their lifestyle details to materials sourcing and site implementation. This ‘from paper to site’ method ensures quality and that each work is built uniquely, almost like a well-crafted piece of art.
Within the last 4 years, the company has experienced an onslaught of success with the continuous efforts of the team. Most recently our projects which included a training centre for autistic youths called Gamuda Learning Academy, an apartment’s common facility areas, show houses and our renovation of the home for celebrity Henry Goulding (of Crazy, Rich Asian movie fame).

Mil & Edward, make a perfect team that can make a house a perfect home. Our home is designed and constructed by them. Mil a person with small details and Edward, the executor who lives up to designs made by Mil.
Small instance, we were having a meeting to cover last points at our new home and Mil felt the walls lacked colour. She said I will have to colour these walls again as i am not happy. This was astounding as what came next changed the look of our home completely! Amazing.
Further, this couple is ready to break boundaries of trends and design based on the house construction, which is very difficult to find. Give Mil room to breathe and she will design a perfect home. Edward, moves swift and his technical know-how is beyond me.

MIL Design have been fantastic to work with. MIL, Edward and the team made us feel really comfortable as they guided us through each decision and patiently explained all our options. We never feel rushed and they’ve helped us design something that feels uniquely us. To my surprise I actually enjoyed the process and that’s mainly because of the way MILs team strike a great balance of being fun and engaging whilst also being extremely professional. We are about to move into the construction phase of our project and we already feel confident that MIL Design will continue to provide a great experience.

Glad that we have taken Mil company as our renovator. It was a great experience with the professionalism they provided. The ideas and the cost of materials that we used was value for the money we paid. Of course they are some misunderstanding along the way but was resolved effectively.
