Reschedule appointment via WhatsApp, and send the reminder two days in advance that when to have the service, but the one who handle me ask for address one and a half hours before the appointment (why don't get the address in advance? and also when I make the appointment in web have my address recorded as well), very inconvenience. Appointment at 1130am but they arrived earlier and keep chasing me. Pro also no showing professional cleaning skills, need to show them how to clean, everything need to told only will do, not able to see any initiative, result not satisfied as well, not worth the price, will not recommend.
