I had a terrible experience with this service and will never use them again.
​Even though I provided my full address when booking, the technician asked me to pin my location on the map right before heading over. To make matters worse, our appointment was scheduled for 1:00 PM, but he didn't show up until 1:35 PM without any basic sense of courtesy.
​What baffled me the most was that he asked if I had a ladder. A technician should obviously bring their own equipment—it showed a complete lack of professionalism. On top of that, he promised to send the receipt once he got back to the office, but he didn't. I followed up the next day, and still nothing. Only after asking for the third time on the third day did I finally receive it.
​Extremely unprofessional and completely lacking basic service manners. I definitely won't be using this person ever again.
