Overall everything was great. The repairmen were informative and friendly. They were able to find and fix the root of the cause. Was also informed previous installers of my ceiling fan did not install a safety cable hence why it was wobbly and could’ve potentially fallen down! However punctuality can be improved. Booked for lunch time (11am - 1pm) was told they will come around 12pm but only arrived around 1.20pm. But then again I booked the night before so dont really mind.
