The cleaning procedures were messed and irregular. After three hours of cleaning, they only finished 5 tasks of the jobs. Worser than 2 hours workers I’ve met before even have extra time to fold clothes, hang clothes, completely clean the table, mirror, and furniture. Even help to arrange all the decorations in 2 hours. Every workers should have their own task, not stick together this is not fair to customers. We pay for time and services, time is gold. But workers are spending the time slowly.

Hi Ms Darlene thank you for your feedback, we will improve better. and just to inform nobody at home to give any instructions to the cleaners, and my cleaners alreasy service 2 times all good.

Should a customer tell your cleaner what and how to do the job? It’s their job, not us. Should i tell them how to clean properly and what to do 1st? And what is the point to stick together and 1 look after 1 for a mopping and sweeping job? Wait for what? They should have know how to assign each others a task of cleaning job. This is how others cleaner company does, if every customer need to tell what to do then you should be aware that this are not a professional. And should you clean all the table 1st before sweeping the floor? They just clean the floor and clean the table after, so all of the dirt drop down to the floor and they have to sweep again twice. Is this a waste of time? Every cleaner are using a cloth to clean tables but they are using a sticky tape, can you imagine??? And using a vacuum to suck the tables and cabinet dirt, how about stains? Do the stains come out with using a vacuum? Ridiculous! You don’t put the blame on me while it’s clearly not my job to instruct them what to do. I did instruct them what to do but their work are just messy and i was speechless. That’s it. 2 times all good so you’re so proud of it? 2 times? Like seriously? Yeah, funny. But the rating on me is just 3 out of 10. Not even going half. Even to throw the rubbish need to be told by me, if not? Asked to hang the clothes into wardrobe but the clothes are inside out and it’s all mess!! Tables are leaves with stains! Terrible. So i leave them finish their job 15 minutes earlier. No point. Please train your cleaners better, don’t just get paid for a shortcut job. Chit chatting and all. Remember my house have a cctv. Ok? I did send you a cctv footage of the time their reaching and started working.
Easy to communicate with. Very satisfied with the service. Will book again in the future and will definitely recommend to family and friends!
I assume by paying extra for 2 cleaners for 2 hours to clean a 300ft room with a balcony.. it would be good but they are unable to clean the balcony without splashing water to the units below and the cleanliness of the unit is just average. Nothing great to shout about.
Very friendly and patient with my circumstances. Knows what they were doing and listens to my instructions in certain areas. Best of all, they were very careful with my cats. 5 stars through and through.
Cleaners were prompt and friendly, hardworking but lacks attention to detail, missing out here and there and dusted surfaces were still kind of dusty. They also threw things down the drain in the sink and toilet, which I had to clean afterwards, so I'm the most unhappy about that.
One of the cleaner put the toilet bowl brush into my bucket used for wipe all surfaces. It was disgusting. I had to throw out everything she used. The bathroom water flowed out into my bedroom but when I checked nothing was wipe and clean. I think she just sprayed the water everywhere. Windows are full of streaks and she would keep moping the floor with the same bucket of dirty water leaving streaks all over the floor.
