1. The installation person came 1.5 hours late. Appointment at 9am, they arrived at 10.45pm close to 11am.

2. They didn’t bring ladder and expect you to have a ladder. They proceed to give excuse that it was difficult for them as the management might complain while they clearly aware that I applied permit from management days before.

3. Proceed to ask me whether they can vape in my house. That shouldn’t be a question at all to a client. You should know to at least have work etiquette and professionalism.

4. Keep in mind I paid rm80 just for a site inspection not repair. Meaning they came to identify the issue and recommend me to buy a new fan. Fair enough

5. They proceed to tell me I shouldn’t have paid on the platform itself as the platform will take commission fee out of them. If I pay to them it would have been cheaper. However, when they asked me to pay without knowing I have paid in advance on the platform, they still ask for rm80. So pretty much they wanted the profit for themselves.
